Aloe vera
Aloe vera is a well known plant for its topical usage for burns and irritations with the skin. It is a very easy succulent to grow with low maintaince, perfect for beginners. Aloe vera is native to the Arabian Peninsula.

Light: Can tolerate full sun but needs to be climated to it.
Water: Over-watering will kill aloe vera plants faster than anything else, Check soil to make sure it’s draining properly.
Soil: A commercial cactus mix works well for indoor aloes. If you mix your own, make sure it drains well. A combination of two parts organic material such as compost, one part perlite or vermiculite and one part coarse sand will do the trick.
Temperature: Temperatures ranging from 8.3 to 30.5 °C are ideal and the optimum temperature range is between 20 and 25 °C
