Tiger-tooth Aloe (Aloe juvenna)
Aloe juvenna, more commonly known as Tiger-tooth Aloe, is native to Kenya and South Africa. Its leaves have toothy protrusions that give the plant its name, but the spikes are soft and flexible and lend more charm than defense to this aloe. When given enough exposure to the sun in the summer months, the bright-green leaves assume a reddish-brown color.
